  • Shipping & Delivery
  • All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from the closest available warehouse. UPS overnight will be available upon request at prevailing rates.


  • Return Policy
  • No merchandise will be accepted for return credit without prior authorization from Best Buy Awards. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.


  • Miscellaneous
  • Minimum order: $10.00. Invoice totals less than ten dollars will be billed according to the minimum. Best Buy Awards minimum UPS COD charge is $10.00 Add-Ons: Once an order has been recieved it is immediately processed. Therefore, all add-ons require a new order. Backorders: If placing an order for full case quantity and a full case is not available, you have the following options: 1. Take what is available at the full case price. 2. If a full case or more is needed we will put the item on backorder. When the item is recieved it will be automatically shipped. Backorders will be billed when shipped in the full amount including shipping. Claims: All claims should be made to the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit. We will assist in any way possible in making your claim. Any claim for shortage or damage must be made within 5 days of reciept of shipment.
